What's for dinner? November 12

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
We are having a vegan meal since it is Day 1 of another round of the Detox Diet. We are having spaghetti squash, baby carrots roasted with thyme, cucumbers and onions marinated in balsamic vinegar, and baked potatoes (white for my husband and sweet for me). I offered to make my husband a steak but he said not to bother. That is a first since he ALWAYS wants meat with his dinner.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

I ate a really late lunch today (chicken wings, my favorite), so I didn't make a dinner meal. Instead, I just made a strawberry banana dark chocolate smoothie. Extremely delicious and will hold me over until the morning.

Well hope you enjoyed your dinner! I had some salmon. Then I made some low carb brownies for dessert.
