It is mid November, but the climate has still not become pleasant here in Goa

It's almost mid November, but the winter has still not set in here in Goa. The months of November, December, January and February, constitute the season of winter here in Goa, but the term winter is a misnomer, since Goa being a coastal state the temperature never goes below 22 degree Celsius, even in winters. But the climate is pleasant since the relative humidity drops below 50%. But this time the minimum temperature hasn't dropped below 25 degree Celsius and nights are warmer and less comfortable as compared to last year. Blame it on global warming I guess!
