Will be helping out at a sample sale again this year

Starting next week I will be helping out at a sample sale for a few weeks. I won't be working the entire weekday. It's only three days a week. My task will involve dragging heavy boxes out of the closet into the showrooms used for the sample sale, taking out all the clothes from them, which requires a lot of bending down, and arranging all the stuff in the two showrooms. Then I will be helping out during the sample sale by tidying up the mess customers make and making the piles of clothes neat. That becomes rather useless since very soon after I do it a customer comes in and messes the piles up anyway. But it has to be done. When the sample sale is over I will have to take all the clothes that no one bought and pack everything back into the boxes and then drag the boxes back into the closet for storage until the next sample sale. The pay is low and the commute will be at around 2-2.5 hours each way but since it's a temporary thing I don't mind doing it. Better than sitting home and making nothing. However, I will be doing all this under hot ceiling track lights, which will make me feel even hotter than I already will be from dragging all those heavy boxes and doing all that manual work. And if the AC will be off it's gonna be even worse... But hey, if it's a chance to make some money I can't pass that up. Though that money will be gone as soon as I get it 'cause I will use it to pay my credit card bill.

You are correct in earning a few bucks is better than earning nothing at all.

I agree with you over there "better than sitting at home and making nothing"
