I am so happy that the food stores here have foods, like yogurt and fruit and veggie drinks that are fermented and give our digestion good bacteria. I can also take a capsule with 5 good bacteria from Neolife.com - they really help the digestion and positively affect our mind.
Fermented foods are gaining recognition as an important anti-cancer adjunct, and reducing inflammation is one of its their important anti-cancer feature.

Yes, maybe you know Dr A.Vogel - he introduced fermented veg juices - I drank them in the 1967 or earlier..

@just4him He was a well known researcher, I listen to him when he visited Stockholm - he was 76, and he had met a doctor who said that it was a long time he had met such a healthy person. Vogel learned a lot from native Indians, one was the herb that prevents the flue - Echinachea Purpurea - and this herb medicine is still sold as Echinaforce..I guess you find many of his products in your health store..

I don't know whether these foods can protect people from cancer and other diseases. But at least it makes you peaceful in mind and I think it is good for your health.

What can prevent cancer is natural food, I'm not sure fermentation can do it.

Not fermentation alone, maybe. I´ve read that alkaline food can stop cancer.. see Robert. O. Young in Fb

If fermented food prevented cancer, the whole world would know it and there would be no cancer anymore.

Some doctors who earn a lot from "Big Pharma" might not be willing to tell about natural products, as they can not be patented and can't earn the medical companies a lot of money.. Greedy can be the reason..
