The new puppy

So here at my crazy circus of a home I have 4 kids, three that still live at home. A 6 year old boxer and my 16 year old just talked me into getting a pup.
We were told this little guy was a lab mix, 5 weeks old, eating solid food. When my son brought it home it didn’t even have teeth!! So I had to bottle/syringe feed it for a while. It will now lap up mushy food from a bowl.
It is the cutest thing and so spoiled. My son named it Copper from the Fox and the Hound!

@mom24kids I figured you meant that, to four kids. Couldn't be 24 kids, lol. That would be insane for sure, unless you were fostering them, maybe.

@mom24kids I really want to keep a puppy but I have never maintained it ...
Is it difficult to keep a puppy?

@leny34 it’s like having a newborn baby. Except no diapers so they poop and pee all over the house lol

Your new addition it's very cute. Have you been around labs before? They are pretty easy to train. We head a lab mix some years back. She was black and came potty trained, but I took her to doggy school and learned how to train her. She may have been five months old when we got her.
