I read the list of vegetables to Tony that are good to eat to help keep cancer at bay or maybe reverse the illness. A couple he said "blahhhh" to but others he is open to eating. He hates broccoli and asparagus. @GardenGerty suggest for me to hide these on other foods, I will try.
Today I walked 15 laps and Tony walked 5 laps.
What was the menu?
Salmon patties
Lemon kale with onions
Carrots
I did not hear one complaint tonight although I know he is not fond of salmon, he ate it and had seconds of everything.
When we want a dessert it`ll be a slice apple or pear.
What did you have for dinner?

@andriaperry If he does not find, he will smell asparagus when he goes to pee.

Homemade chili, homemade corn bread, and red grapes. I have sliced pears and apples with a bit of Texas sage cider vinegar plus red "juice" from the cinnamon pickles. Makes them pretty and pink.I use lots of herb infused vinegars and oils in my meals to get the benefits of the herbs in several layers.

I do not eat dinner but have heavy snacks in the evening. Grab what is in the fridge and the pantry. Before getting to bed I have a hot mug of milk and honey.

I would rather not eat all day and have dinner.

Teriyaki beef and rice. It was good and simple. I agree with Tony about the broccoli and asparagus. But you could maybe make smoothies with them and some other stuff.

I love most vegetables but are there certain ones that are better than others?

Wow those are really healthy vegetables. And it's a good thing you exercise outdoors too. I'm still at my office desk eating Banana cake and some meat.

There will be more tuna and salads, I used to make them all the time when I ran the roofing co. so I know he likes those.

I made a spaghetti casserole, fried okra, and cornbread. I hope Tony's new menus will help him.
