"What most Africans think about being fat"

November 16, 2018 2:23am CST
Most Africans think being fat is healthy, they think its one way to show off that they are leaving a good life. Whenever they see someone jogging or exercising they think its funny. They don't believe in a good simple balanced diet, they believe being fat is a result of a healthy diet. Slim people are mad fun of. They are a few gyms and few people go there. Am fat and I hate being fat. I wish I could be thick and fit but not fat. What do people in your country think about being fat?

Welcome to myLot. Enjoy the site! The first step for all newbies is to read the Guidelines to learn what is allowed or not on the site. Then you can write a post introducing yourself. Tell us a bit about yourself. Furthermore, read around as much as you can, Like and Comment on other members' posts. Only then will members come to your site and do the same. This is called interaction. Don't expect too much money-wise. If you reach $5 a month (the payout limit), you can call yourself lucky. **Please add the name of your country to your account page.**

In Europe, being fat is seen as what it is: unhealthy and dangerous for your health.

Here, people are into slimming or losing their fats. In fact, some people undergo the knife to take away the excess fat in their bodies. Healthwise, it is unhealthy to be fat. It is said that when one is fat, he is susceptible to hypertension , diabetes and high cholesterol , as perceived here in our country.
