Will I have one more sunflower?

More or less as an experiment, I planted one last sunflower seed on my balcony in September. It's "hella" cold here, by California standards, with lows in the upper 30s F (around 3 C), and the air quality is terrible, but my sunflower is still giving it "the old college try." I'm taking bets. Will it actually give me a flower?

@TheHorse I remember being in Seoul in the winter and people wore masks because of the additional smog from the coal and oil heaters. Even in the little village outside our post, some would wear them because the smoke from the on-dol heaters was so noxious.

It seems you will, if you cover from the frost.

My squash and cukes got froze out, they were producing just did not get to the size to pick, if I would have known it was gonna freeze I would have covered them.
