I am waiting for the chicken to get done. In half an hour I will finish the kale. It is already cooked, but I sautee it with a bit of butter and then add cream and Parmesan cheese. That will be the side of my dish.
What are you having for lunch?

. I eat some things and buy others. Last week there was a chicken thigh sale and I bought several. But fortunately the fish is already finished. I just have some tuna left. I will eat sashimi now that it is warm weather. I have wasabi, pickled ginger and soy sauce.

@marguicha It was good, I had some asparagus in the freezer, I am in the process to reduce the amount of food in the freezer.

That sounds delicious, Marguicha. I was going to have cereal for breakfast but didn't. I might have leftovers from last night for lunch. It was pasta, broccoli, chicken and cheese. But at present I've taken my two employees our to clean windows for two businesses we do monthly.
It's I have time when we're or I should say they're done as I'm waiting in the car, then I will have lunch. I do have an appt with my mechanic to check my engine light which isn't on again, so that may have to wait. If I don't have time in between I may have to wait to eat

@marguicha Yes. Now spinach I am good with. Fresh spinach at that. Cooked till it just slightly curdles and no more. I LOVE spinach.

@Moon24 I do that sometimes. I cook them in water first, squeeze the water and add milk, butter and cream if I have. I add parmesan cheese at the end.
