All the issue about power napping is non sense coz me myself is having a mid day nap. For me, it is important to gain energy for the rest of the day. Do you take your naps?

I tried to take a nap today but i couldnt. A mountain of laundry has been waiting for me.

No, I get a head ache when I have a nap.. so I have a long sleep at night. That is enough to keep me going.

You are contradicting yourself. First you tell us that power napping is nonsense and then you tell us that you do it to gain energy. Can you please make up your mind?

What I mean is those who are making fuss about it. The issue about napping or not is in the bowl.

I don't take naps as often as I used to anymore but I do still occasionally take a nap if I am very tired, it's worth it sometimes, but I do feel guilty afterwards.

Don't feel guilty with it. Its just natural to grab one after being busy.
