HOW do you stick to your principles.

I think i am not a perfectionists.But i have my principles of work,i think everyone should try the best to the work and never stop pursuiting to do better.
When i meet some partners who drift along all days,i wil be very angry.I do not how can i change this situation .HOW do you stick to your principles?

When I used to work I make sure that I`m doing my best not to bother others and just do what I must do in order not to bother others for my errors. Many things keep on changing and patience is the right thing to have when things go wrong because it`s the only way you can find a solution to the problem when a person calms down and find a way.
