Making sure you get enough sleep is very important. I read somewhere that when you don't get enough sleep your immune system drops to 50%. Besides that, Santa is coming and he knows when you've been sleeping.

In winter season during night time you better dont go out with out a swetter. Dont get exposed to cold air.

Exercise definitely helps. I have found that if I exercise regularly I hardly even get a cold during the winter. Also, some swear by taking vitamin C each day but I'm not sure if that has ever helped me. You also want to be sure to eat right and get plenty of sleep.
