What I Eat in a Day ~ Day 14

Once again I am not adding the word "Keto" to the title because I did not stick to the diet for the whole day. For my first meal I had some bacon, and a fruit roll up (a flavor my son doesn't like). I figured since I knew lunch wasn't going to be low carb I would go ahead and have that too. Then, for lunch--I was at my great-grandma's house out of town. We fixed some chicken strips and fries. I had 2 of each kind (regular and crispy) and a handful of the fries. For dessert I had a small slice of the chocolate pie that was left over from Thanksgiving. For my final meal of the day I did eat low carb. I had some beef sausage, a string cheese, and a keto "fat bomb" dessert. So overall, not really a healthy day...but tomorrow I will try to do better. Also, I am back up in weight but I am sure it is water weight from eating carbs over the past week. How have YOU all done today? Hopefully better than me food wise!

I wonder that as well! It's unfortunate that all the unhealthy food is what is delicious while healthy stuff is unappealing lol!

I took off eating healthy today and had meat, Tomorrow I will be back to my normal.

@MommyOfEli2013 Oh nothing I ate was healthy today, pasta is a no no for us diabetics! We also have to watch out with hart disease and that is causes by high fat diets. I am not trying to lose weight, I am trying to keep the diabetes in check, the cholesterol in check and I am trying to starve cancer cells with low sugar, no sugars.

@sharon6345 I was for years, I began to travel and no where had food for me so I got back on chicken and fish. I am going back, I never had a weight problem, no cholesterol or diabetes either. It seems harder this time because I got lazy and forgot how to cook a variety of veggies.
