Time to get your birthday cheer on at Neopets! When yu visit the NC Mal you can collect the FREE Neopets 19th Birthday Celebration Goodie Bag. When you click the image the gift bag will get added to your inventory at the bottom of the page. Once you open it the bag itself will disappear but you will be gifted with a Retro Arcade Background. Usually gift bags dole out a couple different items; maybe this is a sign that there are more bags to come.
