My excitement for the week

My excitement for the week is happening tonight: the Middle School Christmas Concert (yes, on Nov. 30, which is even before Advent starts!) Groups playing and singing:
Flute ensemble (under my direction)
Orchestra, brass ensemble (under the band director)
Choir (under my direction)
Band (band director)
As you can see, it should be a concert with a variety of good things! I'm looking forward to it. Especially, I'm looking forward to having one of three school Christmas concerts done!

My excitement was finishing NaNoWriMo with a good word count and getting a tree this morning.

I can't begin to imagine the work and practice that has gone into these concerts. I hope it will be a great evening and the first of three great evenings.
