Trees Are Planted

Today is a beautiful day with sunshine. We have had rain for two days and a lot of heavy thunderstorms last night. But today it is all clear. Trees have been planted. Have not taken many photos yet. Been a busy day. I did snap a photo of the Dwarf Variegated Boxwood planted in the front of the house. I have six planted. Cannot wait to see how they look in a few months. They are an eye catching dwarf shrub that adds bright color and accent to the garden. The white, yellow, medium green, and dark green foliage provide for excellent color contrast and a splash of color just about anywhere in the landscape that gets 3 hours or more of direct sun. Dwarf Variegated Boxwood will maintain its bright color even in shady areas. Hope you are all having a great day. Yes, my football team won the playoffs. More on that later.

I have several nice shrubs in my garden. Luna has destroyed the smaller plants. I will have to wait until next year.

I had some halo with the shovels. We have had a lot of rain so the ground was soft. That helped for sure.

The photo looks great. I like those plants also, we had them at our country home. They are a very hardy plant that withstood a lot of wind and bad weather that we experienced there.
