A manger for the Christmas play

Our school has lost five (count 'em, five) mangers used for plays since I started here. We let a church borrow one, and soon we realize we haven't seen it for a couple years... I went hunting for the last manger in the props room, and it wasn't there. So I asked our industrial arts teacher if he could make me a foldable manger that I can store in my office all year. Less than a week later, he says, "I don't know if this is what you wanted, but I threw this together with a few scraps I had." Well, it is an absolutely gorgeous slatted manger that folds up so I can store it. My program is a week from Friday so we can use it. This is why I ask other people to help me with things they are good at, because I can put together a great musical program, but can't do the props and costumes. Working together is the best! What has someone else helped you with recently?

That is what happens when you forgot to ask them back right after the Christmas season. I hope this time, it will not be that way anymore.

Manger is staying in my room. It folds and I can hide it behind my desk.

It looks as though you need that well-known newspaper misprint - a manger manager!

People who have a little skill in a certain area seem to do it so effortlessly don't you think? And they're often a bit surprised when you are really impressed with their efforts.
