Chinese foos for Christmas!

I found those frozen Chinese food at the grocery store. It was 2 for $10 so I got a noodle, rice, lemon chicken and egg rolls.
It will do least 3 or 4 days for me. This is my treat for spending the day at work.
I plan on cooking it up at home to make it crispy beforehand.

I remember an uncle by marriage ordering Chinese for himself at my grandparents because he didn't like the traditional Polish Christmas Eve fare. Everyone was annoyed with him. Of course, he was an obnoxious drunk and nobody liked him anyway.

My roommate years ago we polish... food was good. Her parents would go all out for us. So I most likely would think the same about him

I like egg rolls. Probably I will make them as one of the dishes for Xmas.
