a sudden headache

today I had a very hard day. I did not know why suddenly my head felt very dizzy. I have never experienced this before. really this is very disturbing my activity, now I'm just lying in my bedroom. I have also taken drug headache relievers, but this headache still hasn't disappeared. this happened so suddenly ... and I don't know what caused it. Have you ever experienced a sudden headache?

Did you drink enough during the day? If you didn't, this may have caused the headache.

@leny34 Yes, that's possible. I know a girl who was told by a doctor that her headaches can come from drinking too little.

I hope you feel better soon. Sometimes I feel dizzy and have headache if I skip meal and stress.

there are many things that can bring headaches. it could be lack of sleep, lack of food, migraine, high blood pressure, vertigo and a lot more. I hope you can have a check up

@leny34 no but my sister in law has that. you need medicine for that and try to search on exercises for vertigo.

I have had only two headaches, they are terrible! What you are doing is the best remedy, to make it go away. A headache can be from high blood pressure, partially blocked arteries, or even from an allergy. Stress causes them, too.
