Being on writing sites that pay a user asked me if I do this for a living. I had to clarify. When sitting in the confines of your home you get an opportunity to earn why would anyone not take advantage of that? I do not depend on these earnings for my survival but I find it exciting when dollars jingle in my bank. It is also so satisfying when we get to interact globally, learning and sharing. What say?

Many give up because they do not earn enough that would take care of their survival But most users do that for the same reason as I do

It's more about the friendships and interactions than about the money but as you say the money is nice.

@allknowing Right some people think that you can earn a lot from a site like here and live off it that is not the case. There are some on here that do great and it pays some bills for them but if you needed it to pay a house payment or rent not going to happen

Nothing wrong with doing something online that lets you earn something, especially when you enjoy doing it. But definitely can't rely on these earnings for survival. At least not the mylot ones.

I spend my day writing at the computer anyway. MyLot is like a trip to the water-cooler, I'm still at work but I'm away from my desk. (And I'm still getting paid)

Its fun though it such enough to get you a few mugs of coffee.. Extra money never hurts. I can get more plants.

I am here raising money for my animal shelter.Been doing this a couple of years. Any money that I earn .Let it build up and then go to my favorite dog shelters.

I have been on various sites, mostly one at a time, for nearly ten years. I look forward to the interaction and also the icing on the cake, the few dollars. I need both! siva
