Hi all.
today I make carrot soup for my dinner menu.
because I was advised by a doctor I should not eat fatty and oily foods, so I chose carrot soup for dinner.
because I think this is very good, because carrots contain lots of vitamin A so it's good for eye health,
So what is your dinner menu?
do you like to eat fatty foods?

I add carrots to many of my soups but I've never heard of one called that before. Is that a pic of the soup you made? What else is in it? It looks like either cabbage it onions and something green?

I like a variety of foods, but I mostly prefer to eat fatty foods occasionally and healthier foods more often.

@leny34 Not really, I don't tend to gain a lot of weight and I like the taste.

Yes, carrots are good for the body. I love having soup anytime of the day. I had noodles for dinner
