A Great Morning

This morning was my lady's L.I.F.T. brunch. I had six ladies sitting around my table. Plenty of food. 
Great discussion, and my teaching was well received. God is so good!
Pictured above is my egg bake. I'm always trying new ways to make it. This is eggs, one onion, riced broccoli, and sweet potatoes. It turned out better than I expected. I don't have much left and will be gone soon.
One of the lady's brought a yogurt alternative - made with coconut milk along with a blend of nuts and raisins. It was delicious. I'm going to be looking for that in the stores from now on. It gives me one more thing I can eat. There was also a Kringle coffee cake, blueberry pancakes, and croissants. Those I needed to stay away from with my diet.
I'm going to take care of the notifications and then I need to work on the Thread of Evidence. The next chapter is 28 pages, so I'll be working on it the rest of the day.

That all sounds delicious! Have a wonderful day writing. I just ate my husband’s doggy bag contents from dinner last night for lunch. My day is good. My brother called with the temperature up home. He’s counting the days until he comes down with his wife. lol
