I have been noticing smaller meals and less frequent eating tend to get my blood pressure controlled. When i was young eating a lot doesn't often lead to spike in blood pressure. Those were the days I can eat more and more often but still feel and look healthy. But on my age now, I need to practice portion control. Anyway, at least I can still eat burgers and fries still managed my blood pressure as long I would not eat other unhealthy things like rice at the same time. But although still not too often like once a week.

@Mavic123456 YES, for diabetics rice is very VERY bad, especially white rice.

Oh well because i don't cook food well. What I cook didn't satisfy my taste bud but does help me to stay on budget. But burger does satisfy my desire for delicious food as I said not to often because of health and budget reasons.

@hotsummer Why don't you make burgers yourself? You can prepare them at home much healthier and cheaper.

@MALUSE yeah but it doesn't taste good. The meat sold on groceries doesn't taste well when cooked. It doesn't have that taste we want when eating burgers. Maybe it's low quality kind of meat. The part of meat that has the bland flavor. And I just need single serving of burger. Preparing and cooking it myself would mean more servings of bland burger which I might not be able to eat all. So just a waste of money.
