Finally got my convertible back today

It has been 7 weeks. . . and that is after the first week and a half that they had it for. I can't fault the dealership's service department as they have been nothing but pleasant and understanding and, as I understand it, the technician had to figure out a fix for a known issue all on his own. They tore my beloved baby apart and replaced the defective drain that they believe is the problem. They tested it several times. I'm hoping that this is it. If I find water in it again, I'm going to flip my you-know-what and tell Mazda to terminate my lease. But I am really hoping that there are no problems as I love my Miata! The car is still under warranty so all of the work was free as was the loaner Mazda CX-5 that I've been driving for the past 2 months. I'm going to miss those heated seats in the morning! Still, I'm glad to get my baby back. I love my cute little car.

Hopefully this is the end of the car saga.

if it isn't, they are keeping the car!

I hope the problem is solved for good. Our Florida Lexus is under warranty and has an appointment next week due to a starter issue. Thank goodness for warranties!
