BETRAYED BY SOMEONE YOU TRUST OR BETRAYED BY FAMILY MEMBER WHICH HURT MOST?

I recently realized everybody i trust end up hurting me either with lies or stabbing me in the back or deceiving me but the worst is when i needed the one person the most to be there for me in my darkest hour and nobody. It hurts but i moved passed it and distanced myself from them all then now they need something from me and they are all pretending nothing happened after i heard all they said behind my back. Please what do i do? should i tell them i know what they all said and what they did for not being there for me when i needed them or just say no to them and move on?

I think you need to spend more time with yourself first, to understand yourself, and some time with books. Once you know what you like and dislike, and try to understand different natures from books, you will start analyzing others and select better set of friends.

You should make them realise that whom are you trusted betrayed you. You have the right to know the reason of your deceived. Its really painful.
