Heading to the gym

I have a bit of a headache. Not sure if I'm getting whatever my husband has or what. Still, I figure I'd might as well go to the gym tonight while I still can if I am in fact getting sick. My sister can't make it tonight so I'm on my own. . . well, not really. If we have to share benches or barbells I'll just have to work with other women who have similar strength to me. We shall see. I'll catch up with everyone in 2.5 hours or so.

stacking plates, and banging weights. the only iron deficiency you suffer from is when the gym doesnt have enough weight for you to lift.

You are inspiring! I am feeling under the weather which I am sure is allergies and I use that as an excuse not to exercise. We all need to be more like you! I really hope you aren't getting sick though! I ran out of flavoring for my ice tea so now I will quit drinking that just like with the coffee. I have quite a headache from it. With the coffee the headache only lasted one day so I assume this headache will be gone tomorrow since I only drank it for about 2 weeks.
