Today was my day off and we went to help a couple friends get ready for getting another horse. That took up most of the afternoon. I also got grocery shopping done today.
So because of that. I didn't feel much like cooking. Other half has a fish filet and Mac and cheese meal. I had Swedish meatballs. Nothing too exciting.
What did you have for dinner?

@thislittlepennyearns Those I have tried in the United States taste awful, but you make the Sicilian version in your country, not the one invented in Parma (thus the name Parmigiana). Breaded and very heavy.

@LadyDuck I don't think I would like a very heavy one. I mean heavy breading. But I could be wrong.

I just made up a casserole of sorts. I put too much cheese on it so didn't have much of it. The other two seemed to like it though.
