I'm a qulaified VN with 11 years experiance and currantly head nurse of a 6 nurse/3reception/3 vet busy small animal practice. I'm on £17,000!
What are your salaries like?? How do you appraoch an aging vet whose due retirement in 1 year for a payrise??
