Do you love to write your plans on a daily basis?

I have started writing plans on a daily basis since I have heard of this idea from Michael Hyatt if you are familiar with him. According to him, what gets written, gets done. Since I started to do his suggestions, I have noticed that I become more productive and happier in my life. My tomorrow's plan is to go to church, help mom in household chores, and do the examination for my students in Practical Research. It has been another busy day today but a happy one.

I find that if I write things down they are more likely to happen whether it is doing something or just planning.

Yes, that is what I have learned too and it requires strict discipline in our part.

Very interesting, I did not try to record things that I need or want to do.

I don't believe in this craze of list writing. It came up some years ago. No internet site without reports about this topic. I'm still trying to find out what is behind it.

@annierose Why do you watch motivational videos and follow them? Why put yourself under stress?

@dya80dya Yes, it is. I suggest to write only the things that can be attained within the day.

@annierose Yes. But it can be stressful if we can't do all that we write.

I used to love that but not anymore. I kind of get things twisted in some odd cases. So I prefer to have to do list app on phone.

Yes, that's true. I write down my goals and plans almost every day. Not all of them happen the way I wanted but most of them do materialize. It's like the power of self-suggestion, like having a personal mantra that you tell yourself over and over.

I agree with that. I love it when I realized that those tricks work on me.

Yes I need a to do list as I am forgetful and without structure the day would end wasted. But sometimes it is good to just while away time and just do what you feel at the moment (just sometimes).

Yes, sometimes, its good to let just things flow. I am like that too if I am too busy to write.
