~Migraines Are Never Fun~

Good morning everyone! I hope you are doing well and slept well. :) God is so amazing and He loves you!! Already had coffee and did my devotions today.
This morning was a little tough because a migraine plagued me since late last night. It felt as if my head would explode, and I was sick to my stomach. 
I actually had to wake my husband to help me with my toddlers, it was too much to bare with their screaming and my head! 
I'm used to being able to do things on my own, especially with my kids so it was a bit disappointing for me. I figure everyone needs help sometimes though... 
I still have the after effects from the migraine, I'm in the postdromal phase. The plan for today- after I feel 100% again is to rearrange my youngest daughter's room, get some laundry done, and spending time with my family.
Are you needing prayers? Feeling okay? Any plans for today?

I feel sorry that you suffer from migraines. My mom got them her whole life and some days she couldn't even get out of bed. Hope your head feels better quickly.

@Marilynda1225 Thank you. I have ones where I usually get aura's and numbness which is terrifying. Thank God this time was different-just extremely painful.
My husband prayed over me and I am 90% better, thank you. =)

Taking care of cancer patients are like taking care of a toddler, I have to do everything for him, so I know how you feel being sick and still doing everything.

I would say everyone needs help sometime in their lives. I have never had a migraine. I heard they are terrible. I have had headaches and they are not much fun. I can imagine how one would feel with a migraine.

I am glad I have not gotten migraines but just headaches. I have heard that they are no fun at all and heard have to sit in a dark room. I am sorry you have them.

@Hate2iron Thank you for the hugs so much! Most of the time I get aura's and numbness too but this time I only got the extreme pain.
I'm 90% better now. :)

I know how terrible migraine pains are, I have had some and I hope that today you are fully recovered.
I find that when we go for a ride in the car, for 45 minutes or longer, that the vibrations from the car will give me a headache and it bothers my neck, from the whiplash terribly.
Yesterday we drove over an hour to go to our son's house, and although we stayed the night, I had to take pain killers at the end of the day, and today we drove back home again. The pain hasn't left me from yesterday's drive. I hope to be able to lie down later on and recover.

Hey Jennifer, I am glad that you are feeling better from the migraine. I haven't had a migraine yet but I have met people who have and they told me it is the worst thing ever. I am so sorry for that. On the other hand I am so glad that your partner helped you out with your children, don't feel bad, sometimes is good to let yourself being helped by someone else. Lucky you to have such a caring partner, there are people who are single parent and have to deal with stuff like this daily. :) God bless you, You will be fine.
