@leny34 I make them with a mixture of onions, garlic, salt and pepper, eggs, and flavored breadcrumbs. I cook them, then freeze them on trays, and then put them in a Ziplock bag. When I want them, I heat them in a pot with tomato sauce and serve over or alongside pasta. I love meatballs! If we have unexpected guests, it makes an easy meal with a salad and bread.

Have your knees ever been injured? or have you ever fallen?

@leny34 I tore a ligament and a tendon in my left knee when I was 11 and walked on that injury for 7 years constantly dislocating my knee around 3 times a year. I had surgery and redislocated it after falling down stairs and my right knee is weak due to my weight which I am working on.
