Apprenticeship - CIPD Level 5

I started my apprenticeship two weeks ago and part of it is the CIPD level 5 I am meant to have 20% of my work time allocated to working on it but that is never going to happen. So as expected I am already behind with it. I did the entire first weeks work this weekend, and I am going to try and catch up the second week in the next few days. I am going to have to try really hard to get more done in work hours otherwise I will be doing the whole lot at home which is just too much. I found the first weeks content very interesting though and I feel a bit more confident in what I am meant to be learning. Fingers crossed I will catch up next week. Do yo study and work? How do you manage the balance?
