I have had lower back pains for a couple of days now. That is why last night, I used this brace given to me by my big brother from UK but removed it in the morning. It somehow straightens my back and the pain is reduced.
I told my cardiologist about the back pain yesterday afternoon and I was prescribed Celecoxib 200 mgs twice a day as needed for the pain.
I am using the brace since this morning and I posted this picture in our CI group chat on Facebook. I have to, so they won’t push me to attend the Christmas party on the 21st. Also, I will go back next month for another laboratory examination.
I am now a white belter, so big that my back cannot move. But the pain is decreasing now.

it hurts but it is my own fault. i bathed 6 dogs, then 4 dogs, and that caused my back to ache.

thanks. after my lukewarm water bath a while ago, i applied some oil and a liniment, reused the brace, and added hot water bag to improve blood circulation in my back.

@ridingbet My back hurts when I stand still for long time. I spent hours working in the kitchen, now my back hurts.

i guess it is my hard-headedness that gave me this pain. my sister nagged me that the dogs may smell filthy so i bathed 6 of them, then 4 in 2 days time.

true. now, i am wearing it again. if not for my task to bathe 4 dogs at a time, and 6 dogs last week, my back should not have gotten painful.

oh yes. i am still the white belter after my bath. i want the pain to go completely. hot compresses can do good too so i have hot water bag on my back as well

no it isn't. it is just a strain in my back for squatting for longer periods of time while bathing the dogs.

i bathed 6 dogs Saturday last, and 4 dogs last Wednesday, all at the same time, so my back aches now.
