The Sale Has Gone Through

The sale went through on our house in Summerfield. The people who bought it paid cash for it, all the papers are signed and the money is in the bank. Now I can relax. I had a hard time sleeping last night. I kept thinking something would come up at the last minute to mess up the sale. I am happy to say everything went ok. So, now we can relax. Both of us have been a bundle of nerves. The hubby says he wasn't, but I know the signs. We were going to go out tonight to celebrate but I told him I am just too tired. All I want is a bowl of oatmeal and to go to bed. We can go out tomorrow night instead. Soooo...no more 45 minute trips there and back checking on things and taking care of the yard. Well, that is how my day went. How has yours been going.

No, we are using a part of it to update the windows and put a new roof on the house we are living in. The rest is in savings.

@just4him It may be the three hour nap that stops the 8 hour sleep at night. I do find for myself that my mind seems to work a little better in the middle of the night. For me a nap is a good thing, maybe for you also.
