We will not be having a Christmas tree this year

I was quite excited to decorate a live one - but mom didn't really want one anymore. She said it was too late - Christmas hasn't even passed yet We do have a belen though, at least.

Maybe she doesnt want the extra work of removing it later even if you decorate it now.. maybe she has someother reason.

Maybe you could have some kind of tree substitute instead? Maybe hang a few baubles on a plant or just spruce up the area where the tree would have stood.

Tell her that you won't buy a tree because she'll be the tree and you'll hang up your dreams on it and tell her that you love her so much
