Another Full Day

After this morning, wait, the first post of my day was around noon, I got busy because I noticed I did not have anymore vegetable soup, I have chicken, turkey, cabbage soup and lentil but no vegetable. While I peeled the potatoes for soup I also peeled enough to make potato salad. While the soup cooked I picked and cleaned turnip greens. Put them on to cooked but not for me but as a gift for the preachers wife, she just got out of the hospital and had been craving fresh greens. When the vegetable soup was half cooked I put it in jars and home canned, now I have seven meals waiting for me. I got in only 10 laps of walking, I had to get to town before the library closed. I went to the library and to dump the recycling. I shopped at walmart for animal feed and publix for drinks, using coupons for those, and Aldi for fruit. Since it was getting late and I had ate vegan all day I totally ruined it by stopping for dinner at McDonald`s. A burger and fry each. I drove a couple blocks to Oxford lake park, we sat in car and ate dinner, watching the water fountain in the middle of the lake till some creepy guy pulled beside us and sat in his van staring, so creepy Tony said "lock the doors." It took me a while to unload the car, then I took the trash out and fed the cat. Now finally I am taking a break, a mylot break.
