I am glad that it is now easy to learn something in this age. I don't have to ask someone personally on how to do something because I can just search for it via the internet. My mom wants me to prepare a yummy jelly dessert on Christmas. I don't know anything about it so I just looked for it in Youtube. I am glad to find out it is easy.

I love watching YouTube videos. Anything I find interesting, YouTube almost have every topic you can think of. I also look for cooking ideas/recipes on YouTube.

Have you learned a lot since you watched Youtube channels? Sometimes, it is difficult for me to comprehend easily what I am watching.

It is just a simple jelly made of Mr. Gulaman. Actually I don't know why some videos used nestle cream and condensed milk, and evaporated milk while others just cooked jelly dessert with just Mr. Gulaman and evaporated milk.

@hereandthere So the more ingredients I put in my gelatin, the better is it, right?

We can learn so much via the net today. I also like cooking. But I prefer to read the recipes rather than watching video to learn it. As watching a video take a little longer time.

I do keep looking up you tube channels for different kinds of cuisine. There is no harm in learning and you always find something you did not know before.
