Greetings from the north of Denmark

Today we drove from our island to the north of Denmark. We are going spend part of our Chrismas vacation here. We arrived in the middle of the afternoon. We are staying in a small apartment here. There is even a balcony, but we aren't going to use that. Even if we wear coats and gloves and it is still too cold 
There is a gym in one of the other buildings and it is also possible to play badminton, table tennis and other kinds of sport. I can't play badminton anymore, but we are going to look at the facilities tomorrow. There are probably other things that I will be able to participate in. My husband wants to use the gym. The area is also nice, and we plan on going for some walks.

Yes, it is very nice here. We are only here for a short time, so we want to enjoy our time here as much possible. My husband is definitely going to the gym tomorrow.

@Nevena83 I would like to go to the gym, but I have to be careful because I have problems with my knees and sometimes it gets a lot worse when I go to the gym. So might do something else while my husband is in the gym.

Thank you, merry Christmas to you, too. We went back to our home today. We enjoyed our vacation a lot. The balcony must be really nice in the summer months, but not now. We went for some walks in the area, but it was nice to get back inside.

@LadyDuck I am happy to hear that you had a quiet and relaxing Christmas. Our Christmas was also very relaxing. I enjoyed spending the day with my husband. We celebrate Christmas on December 24 and not December 25 as many other countries do.

I think that California sounds a lot better than the Scandinavian winters But at least we didn't get snow...yet.

@Porcospino I wouldn't mind a bit of snow. But we don't get it at this elevation. Does it get quite cold "up there" in Winter?

Yes, I think it will be very nice. It is cold, but we have our big coats so we are going to be okay.

@leny34 Yes, a walk during the winter months can be nice if we have the right clothes. I packed my winter boots, because my other boots are too cold in this weather.

@KOLAMsegaran1 I enjoyed our short vacation, but is also nice to be back in my home. I would like to visit the place again, but next time it would be nice to go during the summer.

Thank you It is nice here. I am happy that there are indoor activities. Right now it is best spend time inside. Some of the activities are free when we live here. We are going to explore the place tomorrow.
