A Day In the Life Of Jim Bauer

It has been a fairly lazy and laid back day for me today. Rare is it that I don't even bother to get dressed. But today was simply one of those days.
Played around a little bit on MyLot earlier this morning, mainly just going through some notifications. Did not do much else.
Broke out my guitar and played around on that for a little bit. Later my wife informed me she was going to join my mom and they were going to run around and do a little shopping.
I continued to play my guitar for quite a while, but did not record anything this time. Was just having some fun. Not that recording is not also fun, but I just did not find anything this time I wanted to record.
Got a little bit done with that, and then just decided to come here for a little while again, check out what's happening, and maybe add a few pennies to the bank.

I went out with a friend for coffee this morning and we met up with another friend. We had arrnaged this a couple of weeks ago to exchange holiday greetings. Then, as the shops were all open, I bought some things that I need to make some pies tomorrow. Then home, came here, had lunch (leftovers from yesterday), washed up and went out again to get the last of the gifts. Home again and then it became dark so I came back here and was then interupted by a mai with some translations needed for tomorrow. Did them and now I'm back until bedtime in about an hour. That's all.

You don't have the time and I don't have the energy to tell you all I've done today.
I'll just tell you I've been busy cooking and baking for our Christmas Eve dinner. But I truly am so thankful to have most of our kids and grands home. Our daughter is always a big help, but she's on crutches from hip surgery. Merry Christmas! My husband's playing his guitar a little, also.

To day is Sunday a day to relax and not go about ordering chores around. They have an off today - in a way a relief for me
Normally on Sundays I oil my hair and that I will be doing after lunch

My day starts out pretty much like any other day. Climb out of my van and make coffee on my camp stove outside. Climb back in my van with my coffee. Take my dog out for potty time, get back in the van and check out on my friends on social media, watch the news, and try to remember to check in here on myLot. Lol! Tonight for Christmas Eve, my hubby and will enjoy a good dinner with another couple who live in their RV and are camping with us, and then enjoy some eggnog together by a campfire. Life is good!
