Around 6 o`clock I got Tony in the car and off I went to "get`er done" since I had the car full.
I stopped by the old peoples house and left a bag of turnips on the porch, since they are sick.
I dropped off the recyclables at he bin in town.
I dropped off the packed up stuff, storage till Spring, at the old home place.
Put a bag of trash in my sister can.
Checked the P.O.Box.
I seen the sign regular $1.79 at the downtown Shell gas station, I mean they are never the cheapest, but tonight they were .10 cheaper. I filled up for only $15.00.
Last stop the area small grocery store chain for Tony a gallon of milk, I got myself dill pickle chips. Tony had a bad day today.
Now I am in for the night.

@andriaperry I think it was 2.20 yesterday. But that's the cheapest I've seen it in a long time.

We had a nice quiet laid back day here today.
I made some meatballs and cheesy hashbrown casserole for supper, just comfort food.
We filled up on Saturday night, we saw gas at a good price, no where near what you paid, but good for our area. We had to wait in line.

@andriaperry When the price of the row fuel goes down, they add more taxes here, it never goes down.

@andriaperry Some people think it's a funny way to look at things, but I always consider low gas prices like getting a little bit of a pay raise. We almost all need gas to get places, and often times are not able to 'bargain' shop gas (when the tank is empty it's empty and you can't wait for a better price). I usually do joke though that when gas is low is when I wish I had a tank in my garage I could fill and stock up.

We got gas at $1.73 at a 7-eleven in Oklahoma City. I am just winding down for bed time

Taking a bit of a break. Been working on book work most of the day other than a bit of mylotting here and there. Went to church this morning and then out to eat with my daughter this afternoon.
I thought the title meant you still had that much left to go until payout. I was going to get gas this afternoon too, but didn't remember. Hopefully it will be the same still tomorrow. It made it down under two dollars for the first time in a very long time.
A few months ago it kept going down and made it to 2.02 before it got raised 35 cents. It's rarely under two bucks here in Michigan. They claim they have to bring it too far even though there's a refinery in Chicago.

@andriaperry Our prices have stayed down under two dollars which is a surprise. Usually, they'll raise it before people travel. I doubt ours will get to what yours is or was, but it's about 1.92 at present.

I went to the grocery store and pick up Christmas cupcakes for the kids that will be at the dinner tomorrow and two chickens to rotisserate. I will be using an injectable garlic herb seasoning. and something easy to make for dinner tonight. Other than that my day is myLot and reading and relaxing. It will be a full day tomorrow. I am sorry to hear Tony is having a bad day. Hope it gets better for him. Get yourself for rest and relaxation. Merry Christmas.

$1.79? I wish! The cheapest I saw today was $2.53. Hopefully we get down closer to $2 sometime soon.

Hope Tony feels better tomorrow.
That was a great price on gas. When I was out Thursday every place here was still a little over 2 dollars.
