After not exercising and eating too much because of the holiday season I’m starting to go back to my fitness regime. I noticed that my body feels more lethargic and heavier to move. So it’s time to take action. How about you guys? Starting on your weight loss regime?

Happy for you that you started working out again, I was supposed to hit the gym today, but the weather was chilly and gray, and I felt lazy as well ugh so I came back to sleeping and did not go :( maybe next year, which is around the corner lol.

@jvicentevalera Hahaha it’s really actually better in the gym. The equipments and people working out are motivating as well as the pumped up music.

My gym had a recovery week this week so there were limited sessions. It is back to normal starting on Monday. I signed up for a 6 week challenge starting on Jan 21. I figured I could use the motivation.

Well done! Since I’m unemployed at the moment I can’t afford a gym membership. I’m doing home exercises and walking.

@flapiz My gym membership is very expensive but I have a full-time job so I can afford it. It is worth it to me because it keeps me motivated to go. It is like a CrossFit gym and that's a great fit for me.

@NJChicaa That’s true even when I was struggling to make both ends meet I really allocated money for gym. It’s my way of rewarding and pampering myself. It’s also a good investment. After all, health is wealth.

For me, exercise has always been a part of my daily routine. Where I go wrong is white what I eat. I have been eating way to unhealthy this past year, and I am going to fix it. I was going to wait until the new year, but I figured it would be nice to get a jump on it now, so I've been eating very healthy each day here at Disney World. The only bad part right now is that I have caught a bad head or sinus cold. The kind with green phlegm/snot and body aches all over. I'm having trouble sleeping at night because I am struggling to breathe.

I really want to do a lot of beach hang outs but I don’t think I’m bikini ready this year sadly. I started my fitness regime but I can’t seem to stick to a diet and getting sick too.

@moffittjc Hahaha it’s okay it’s a nice feeling when you conquer the flab. If everyone were toned then the standard of beauty may shift to flabby as it’s unique and harder to achieve.

@flapiz It's really unfair that it is so hard to maintain a nice tone body, but it is so easy to have a fat, flabby body. I wish it were the other way around.

Certainly I always feel more energetic if I'm not carrying too much weight.

I am shouldering some of the domestic housework to make my weight loss optimal and also to let the maid have some rest. I am actually starting to feel more energetic now that I’m exercising.

I recently regained my weight from 3 years ago. So I'm going to try to maintain it and stay active. Good luck with yours.
