I really don't like one of my bosses right now

he is a bit demanding and he does not really care much for us. We are quite behind in our tasks because the release/project was not managed well. There were tons of defects and we haven't even retested them yet. The supposed order of our tasks is so jumbled. I really want to transfer to another boss.

Love your boss no matter what. If you think you can't bear with him anymore, then you should look for another one. Don't let yourself suffer. Enjoy your work.
