Time to get real about Climate Change. The only thing I know that I can do to make a change about Climate Change is to post links and comments on social media about the Clear and Present Reality of Global Weather and Abrupt Rise in Temperature on planet Earth. Here is one of the latest links that focuses on the necessity to make it real for corporations, nations, religions and the whole of humanity to get together and work towards making a change about Global Climate Change ASAP. We are running short of time.

Yes and right now there are so many things we can do to at least prepare for the coming changes.

Yes, indeed. I am reading a book right now and only part way finished reading it. The title of that book is as follows: The Disaster Survival Guide - How to Prepare for and Survive Floods, Fires, Earthquakes, and More, written by Marie D. Jones, Author of the book.

That is what matters, time. Which we do not have a lot of.

I've been trying to use less plastic, recycle and other things that can help like pump instead of aerosol. I was thinking today if just 100 people bought five bags of groceries a week and started using reusable bags, that is a huge reduction in plastic bags. I reuse the plastic for kitty litter but I can find alternatives. I keep forgetting to take my reusable into the store even if they are in my truck. I have to make some type of memo to remind myself to put them in the front to remember. Today, I went to the dollar store and they use paper bags with handles. I walked out for them to break and my things fall out. It wasn't heavy. It was a reminder to carry in my sturdy bags.

I have had the same problem. The bags with handles, made of paper at ALDI often tear so I usually just re-use the plastic bags over and over as they can be reused often. It's good to be able to reuse, recycle and use paper as much as possible instead of plastic that greatly reduces your carbon footprint as a consumer. It's good that you do this. I do the recycle thing and have a big blue tote that I place all of my recycle trash and am going to try to make a compost for spring and dispose of vegetable and fruit peals and such in that compost to make better use of it.

@lookatdesktop This is awesome. I tried to do a compost pile here but it drew in critters. I'll wait until I can get my raised beds up and put them inside the soil.

There is no doubt about it, from where people live and how their lives are changing on the seas.
