Keep trying to get hacked

I always laugh just a little because I get Very now and then a text from Amazon with a security code. Now this gets sent when someone tries getting into my account from a different device like another computer, cellphone or tablet. Now the only device that I’ve gone access to is my phone, our home computer and my husband cell. When I get the code I laugh because whomever is trying to hack my account to get free stuff can’t because the code goes straight to my cell phone only. That and I also get emails every time someone is bought so if someone every does get into my account I can contact them and have the order canceled so far I haven’t had to do that. Today I got a text for the code. Silly hackers keep on trying.

Yep silly! I had set up that way because nothing is truly unhack able companies find your info and sell it for money so like your cellphone and credit numbers are at other peoples will at any time. You don’t even need to put that info online people get it from a data base.

@ScribbledAdNauseum maybe but it’s good to have some credit so a credit card is good just don’t use it like crazy.

@ShyBear88 Yes, things just aren't secure anymore. I've met a few people who only use cash and who won't use store loyalty cards either. It makes me wonder if they had to go through the ordeal of identity theft and stolen credit cards.

That's crazy. I sometimes have experiences like this except I have people call me and tell me they are from a company to talk to me about my account - and I don't even have an account with them.

I’ve had that happen a few times. My favorites are spam calls form the IRS like they would actually call they would show up at your door or send you letter they don’t have time for silly phone calls
