My lot family.. let me tell you something here. I know the mexican borders walls as well as anyone around. I lived in San Diego, Imperial valley and now El Paso Texas. Everyone of them are border towns. people there is an 8 foot wall already there and for miles long. We dont need to spend billions on this. I read mexicos newspapers and they tell that the drug cartels dont come through the Wall... They pay us border inspectors to let them through will the drugs.. or they dig tunnels under the wall. So if I hear trump say billions for the wall again I will ... ok I wont this time. Just one girls opinion.. Here

The wall will do nothing. I agree. Any illegals can come in through tunnels and along the many coastal states if they want to. I passed through the San Diego border patrols into Mexico. Those billions of dollars should help feed the poor and homeless in the USA.

It is so true, MarĂa. Bad people will always have a way to evade anything. They have money and they have power.

you will always have access through the wall because of the mexico Canadian trade agreement. I wouldn't worry 2much about it.

What else is there, Trump thought it's going to be easy to build that wall. I just can't imagine it's maintenance.

Building the wall is an easy thing. getting the money to pay for it is a different story.

Someone sees the light. I've been so angered by the tirades of the uneducated about this needed miracle wall that I've stopped visiting mylot on a regular basis. How refreshing to read your post.

The only purpose of "the wall" it seems is to mark the boundary between Mexico and the US. It's not an effective deterrent to illegal crossing

Neighbors in not good terms cemented fences, neighbor countries build walls.

The fences have been there for hundreds of years. They just were not so secure before.
