Choking in Big Golf Tournaments

I believe it was Fred Couples who said: "It's not a matter of if a player will choke in big tournaments, it's a matter of how many times and how big they choke." Something like that; this sounds true to me, there are levels of mistakes, perfection is not real in golf.
