About a woman who is trapped on the bed in handcuffs after her husband dies while they were in the middle of something.
Basically Carla Gugino talking to her self and facing her past and secrets while trying to survive before she dies of thirst or hunger, or getting eaten by the dog.
It is based on Stephen King's novel though.
It was a bit too long for me, but the ending was quite satisfying.

I have seen the movie. I want to read the book as well. I have borrowed it at the library, but I didn't read it yet.

@lady1993 I think it is about 400 pages long. Some of his books are much longer. I look forward to reading it. It isn't one of his most popular books, but I hope that it is interesting.
