Garlic Solution

Since growing garlic is included in my yard project, my daughter told me that one very pertinent use for the bulb is - it is a mosquito repellent. So, I did put a few bowls on specific spots in the garden where I usually sit, and in the backyard where trees have grown. Whoaa. The blood-sucking insects have diminished. Yay. Yay. Oh, bloodsuckers! No wonder vamps resent garlic.

That really works? Garlic. I should try it. But I myself will feel suffocated if I smell too much garlic.

I advised an old friend on the matter. She spilled her garlic and whooa, the whole house was filled with that odor that suffocates you. But she has no mosquito any more.

True. Put the solution in a corner, so you wouldn't have to smell the odor. Sweet slumber to you.

@simplfred Oh, you must be anti-vamps.too. Joke. Just teasing. My old neighbor has a garland of garlic, and she said that is to keep the vampires away.

I tried growing garlic a few times and failed miserably. But now that you have mentioned the benefit, I'll try again.

Fertilize the soil for two weeks. Till and plant cloves. A little water every morning. And talk to the plant.

I grow garlic in small pots placed right in front of my kitchen sink. The stalks grow inches every day and I cut a few bits for my steamed rice.
