Salary Increase for Government Employees

I have yet to read this news update, it was just told to me by a friend. Very ironic because we have yet to get our last month's pay. Anyway this is not the fault of the National Government, it's just our agency's problem of mismanagement.

I had worked in the local government agency before. It pays late.

It may be normal for some LGU's which are typically IRA dependent but delay should not be that long, where both payday meets and it's a different thing when it happens at the end of the year.
