I was looking for 2nd hand items to buy at Craigslist when I saw something gross beyond repair. Some people are selling their toenails on Craigslist. Most of them are collected for years. Who the heck buys these? There are also people who sells a jar of belly button lint. And they are selling it for 500 dollars. I can't even!!! What the heck! Oh some people also sells stained mattresses.

Apparently some witches and wiccans are using those things for some rituals and potions. Whatever tickles their pickle, I am happy for them.

@CaptAlbertWhisker I have heard of that. I once read somewhere that according to the superstition you have to save, burn or bury your fingernails and toenails, otherwise a witch might find them and use them for rituals. I think that it said that hair can be used for rituals as well.

Yeah, that's just sick. And to arrange it into a giant smiley face... Eugh. I've heard before that things like finger- and toenails and hair can be used to lay curses on someone, so maybe he'll find a practicing witch to buy them. He might have to accept a few eyes of newt in exchange, though... $500 is kind of steep for that.

I understand the market for dirty underwear as weird as it can be but this one is just weird. Are they going to make necklaces out of them?
